2016 Tour
The club tour at the end of this season is a "Mystery Trip" for nights. The dates will be Friday 24th June to Monday 27th June.
The cost is capped at £300.
Deposits of £50 are now overdue. Tourists must then have paid £150 by the end of November, £200 by the end of January and the total paid up by the end of April.
All tourists must give a copy of their passport to Dean Evans by the end of November, just in case we are flying anywhere.
2017 Tour
It has been decided that this will serve as 18 months notice of the 2017 tour.
The tour will be roughly around the middle or end of June 2017 and will be for around 8 nights. The target cost is between £800 and £1000 depending on number of tourists, fundraising and destination.
The destination has not been set in stone yet but amongst the suggestions at the moment are;
Japan. Mongolia. Botswana and/or Namibia.
